Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal business name to be confirmed] ("SellersNetPay", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use this website, its calculator, a seller account or a professional account. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy and calculator disclaimer are part of these terms.
What this site is, and is not
SellersNetPay is an independent technology platform with a free Florida seller net proceeds calculator. We are not a real estate brokerage, title company, mortgage company or law firm, and nothing on the site is real estate, legal, tax or financial advice. We are not a party to any sale, listing agreement or contract between you and anyone else.
Estimates are not closing figures
Every result the calculator produces, on screen, in a PDF or in an email, is an estimate. It is not a closing statement, an offer, an appraisal or a guarantee of proceeds. Your actual figures come from the settlement statement your title company or closing attorney prepares, and depend on your contract, your lender's payoff and final tax and fee amounts. Check any figure that matters to you with those professionals, and talk to a tax professional about taxes. The calculator disclaimer explains how the estimate is built and what it leaves out.
Seller accounts
- A seller account is free. It gives you the full PDF net sheet and keeps your net sheets in one place.
- You must be at least 18 and give an email address you control. Keep your sign-in links and password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- When you sign up you agree to the following:
I agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Calculator Disclaimer. I understand calculator results are estimates only. SellersNetPay will email me my net sheet and account details. Creating an account does not share my information with any real estate professional unless I ask for a seller review.
- Creating an account does not ask any professional to contact you, and does not share your information with one.
- You can delete a net sheet, or your whole account, at any time from My Net Sheets.
Seller review requests
A free seller review is optional. When you request one and tick the consent box, you agree to the following:
Acknowledgement: I agree to the Sellers Net Pay Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Calculator Disclaimer. I understand that calculator results are estimates only and are not guaranteed closing proceeds. Request to connect: I request to be connected with a participating real estate professional and authorize Sellers Net Pay to share the contact, property, and transaction information I provided with the professional(s) identified to me or selected in connection with my request so they may respond to my inquiry.
You are under no obligation to list with the professional or with anyone else. Professionals are independently licensed and responsible for their own services and advice. We do not guarantee that a professional will be available in your county, how quickly they will respond, or any result.
Real estate professionals
Professional accounts are for real estate professionals who hold an active Florida real estate license. We may approve or decline any application. When you apply you agree to the following:
I confirm I hold an active Florida real estate license, and I agree to contact SellersNetPay sellers only about the request they made, to honor any opt-out right away, and to the Terms of Use.
In particular, you agree to:
- contact a seller only about the request they made, and only in the ways their consent allows;
- honor any opt-out right away, whether it comes as a STOP reply, an unsubscribe or a direct request;
- follow the laws that apply to you, including Florida's real estate license law, fair housing law, and the laws on calls, texts and email;
- keep seller information confidential, use it only for that seller's request, and never sell or pass it on;
- keep your license active, keep your account details accurate, and tell us straight away if your license lapses or is restricted;
- keep your sign-in details to yourself.
We do not guarantee any number of requests or any result from them. We may pause or close a professional account, and route requests elsewhere, if these terms are broken or a seller raises a concern.
Using the site
- Give accurate information, and only your own. Do not submit someone else's details.
- Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to send anything you are not entitled to send.
- Do not scrape the site, send automated requests, try to get around the bot checks or rate limits, or try to reach any account or data that is not yours.
- Never enter a Social Security number, bank account numbers or passwords to other services. We never ask for them.
Our content
The text, calculator, design, logos and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use the calculator and print or share your own net sheets and pages for your own use. Copying the site or the calculator for another service, or presenting it as your own, is not allowed.
Other websites and services
Links to other websites are for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. Services provided by professionals you are connected with are between you and them.
No warranty
We work to keep the calculator's rules and figures accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or right for your particular sale.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on an estimate, including a decision to list, price, accept an offer or close a sale, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to [amount to be confirmed]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend or close an account that is misused, and we may change or stop any part of the site. We may change these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top says when it last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law to be confirmed], and any dispute will be resolved in [venue to be confirmed].
