Our commitment
SellersNetPay aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the public site, the calculator and the account pages. We treat accessibility problems as bugs, and we fix them.
What the site is built to do
- Keyboard. Every link, button, field and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline, and a "Skip to content" link starts every page.
- Labels. Every form field has a visible label, and error messages are written out in words.
- Contrast. Text is designed for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1, in both the light and the dark theme.
- Not by color alone. Money going out and money kept are labeled in words, and every part of the breakdown bar has a text label and amount.
- Motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, animations are switched off and everything shows in its final state.
- Themes. The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and you can choose either at the foot of any page.
- Size and zoom. Pages work on small screens without sideways scrolling, text can be enlarged, and touch targets are designed to be at least 44 pixels.
- Structure. Headings, landmarks and lists are marked up so screen readers can move around each page, and tables have proper headers.
Known limitations
- The PDF net sheet is generated automatically and is not a tagged PDF, so some screen readers may read it less well. Every figure in it is also shown as text on screen in the calculator's results.
- The bot check on some forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It usually needs no action, but if it ever blocks you, please tell us and we will help.

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Say which page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, and we will work on a fix and reply.
