How routing works

The right request, to one professional

Three things decide where a seller request goes. None of them is a bidding war.

County markets

You choose the Florida counties you serve. A seller's county decides which professionals can receive the request.

Lead preferences

You set a monthly volume and can pause at any time. When several professionals qualify, the one who has waited longest goes first.

Consent-verified sellers

Every request comes from a seller who ran their numbers and checked a box asking to be contacted. We keep the record.

FAQ

Questions professionals ask

Who can apply?

Licensed Florida real estate professionals: agents, brokers and team leads. We review every application before a market is switched on.

How are leads routed?

Each seller request goes to one approved professional who covers that county, is accepting leads, and is under their monthly limit. When several qualify, the one who has waited longest since their last lead goes first.

Is a lead shared with other agents?

No. Each seller request is assigned to one professional.

What does a seller agree to?

Before a request is sent, the seller checks a box that reads:

Acknowledgement: I agree to the Sellers Net Pay Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Calculator Disclaimer. I understand that calculator results are estimates only and are not guaranteed closing proceeds. Request to connect: I request to be connected with a participating real estate professional and authorize Sellers Net Pay to share the contact, property, and transaction information I provided with the professional(s) identified to me or selected in connection with my request so they may respond to my inquiry.

We store that exact wording, its version and the time with the lead.

Can I set a monthly limit or pause leads?

Yes. Every account has a monthly lead limit and can be paused. Tell us your preferred volume when you apply, and ask us to change it any time.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set per county market. We go over it with you when we review your application, and nothing starts until you agree.

How do I see my leads?

Approved professionals sign in to My Leads to see the leads assigned to them and update each one as it moves along.

Is SellersNetPay a brokerage?

No. SellersNetPay is an independent technology platform and is not a real estate brokerage, title company, mortgage company, or law firm.
